Overview

As a Strategy & Operations Intern at finmid, you’ll play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes and supporting our revenue-driving efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will tackle operational challenges, improve internal workflows, and contribute to projects that shape our customer experience and accelerate finmid's growth.

In Short

• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to resolve customer issues.
• Assist in customer onboarding and improve operational processes.
• Conduct market research and analyze data for strategic decisions.
• Support the optimization of operational workflows.
• Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions.
• Build foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in operations, customer service, or related area is ideal.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
• Available to work for 6 months, full-time (40h/week).
• Analytical mindset with a knack for structuring problems.
• Fast learner in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to give and receive feedback effectively.
