Overview

The Operations Internship at Stack Sports provides an opportunity to support the rapidly growing Partner base across the suite of Stack Sports Solutions, while gaining hands-on experience in sales, operations, and customer service.

In Short

• Assist and educate coaches and team managers at sponsored events.
• Manage customer operations from acquisition to completion.
• Process large data sets in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Identify improvements in operational processes.
• Serve as the first escalation point for Partners.
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions.
• Communicate updates and solutions to Partners.
• Brainstorm new feature releases and products.
• Report common themes with product issues.

Requirements

• College graduate or current student with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in learning and taking on new opportunities.
• Data savvy and able to analyze business growth.
• Flexible working hours, preferably later in the day.
