Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between RegattaCentral and our rowing community clients and users. This role combines account management, customer support, and rowing industry knowledge to ensure seamless regatta registration experiences for athletes, coaches, club administrators, and event organizers across the sport.

In Short

  • Manage portfolio of rowing club and regatta accounts.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new clubs and organizations.
  • Maintain deep understanding of rowing competition formats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide expert-level support for registration platform functionality.
  • Guide administrators through regatta setup processes.
  • Assist athletes and parents with registration processes.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
  • Process improvement and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Team Lead for complex issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • 1-2 years of customer service or account management experience preferred.
  • Experience in CRM systems and help desk software.
  • Knowledge of payment processing systems.
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software platforms.
  • Strong background in competitive rowing.
  • Familiarity with National Governing Body rules.
