Overview

Nova Pioneer is looking for a superstar Customer Success Coordinator. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will be the first voice of Nova Pioneer to many families — a trusted guide and connector between prospective parents and the opportunity to join our transformative learning community. You will play a key role in growing enrolments by engaging prospective families across multiple channels (Phone, Email, SMS, WhatsApp), inviting them to our Open Days, scheduling assessments, and ensuring they feel informed, supported, and excited about joining Nova Pioneer.

In Short

• Engage prospective parents via different channels (Phone, Email, SMS, WhatsApp).
• Book parents for Open Days based on their campus of interest.
• Schedule students for grade-specific assessments.
• Generate applications for all current campuses in Kenya.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming and outgoing calls.
• Accurately process call engagements and capture parent data.
• Utilize reference materials to provide accurate information.
• Work closely with the Admissions team to address queries.
• Track, analyze, and report parent engagement data.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Commerce/Business Administration or relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role (sales, admissions, customer service).
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Strategic thinking skills for audience segmentation and engagement.
• Driven by results and goal-oriented.
• Organized and reliable with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
