Overview

The Customer Success Coordinator will be the front-line of our brand experience, working closely with subscribers to assist them with their website setup and ensuring clear communication and relationship building.

  • Document interactions in Hubspot CRM.

  • Maintain a professional approach with diverse subscribers.
  • Adapt communication style to subscriber needs.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Work in a distraction-free environment with required internet speed.

Requirements

  • Prior Customer Service or Support experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong professional communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a self-driven attitude.
  • An eye for design.
  • Experience in project management is preferred.
  • Interest in HTML and CSS is a plus.
