Overview

The Customer Success Coordinator will be the front-line of our brand experience, working closely with FMG’s subscribers to ensure successful setup and communication throughout the process.

In Short

• Work closely with clients to build and set up their websites.
• Communicate clearly via phone, email, and video conference.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Utilize a proprietary content management system (CMS).
• Document progress in Hubspot CRM.
• Adapt communication style to various client needs.
• Set expectations with clients throughout the setup process.
• Collaborate with different departments for project completion.
• Maintain a secure and distraction-free workspace.
• Be accessible during assigned work hours.

Requirements

• Prior customer service or support experience.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Highly organized and self-driven.
• An eye for design is preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems.
