Overview

The Customer Success Coordinator at Trellis Group will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring the successful execution of events and digital product sponsorships while leveraging excellent communication and organizational skills.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with sponsors for successful event participation.
  • Provide pre-event and post-event support to sponsors.
  • Coordinate the delivery of sponsor event benefits and manage digital product sponsorships.
  • Assist in the production and delivery of sponsor deliverables at events.
  • Utilize technology platforms including CMS and Salesforce.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and project management.
  • Travel to Trellis conferences 2-3 times per year.
  • Work in a collaborative and enthusiastic team environment.
  • Engage with clients to understand their goals and exceed expectations.
  • Embrace a remote-first culture with flexibility in work location.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in customer service, event planning, or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • BA or equivalent preferred.
