ReviveHealth is a U.S. based, whole person care company dedicated to transforming the healthcare experience. The Customer Success Coordinator (CSC) will support Customer Success Managers in delivering exceptional service to customers and ensuring smooth program operations.

In Short

  • Support Customer Success Managers with daily tasks.
  • Act as a backup for Customer Success Managers.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Download and consolidate data for presentations and analysis.
  • Manage customer profiles in the CRM database.
  • Document customer interactions within the CRM.
  • Assist in maintaining program collateral on SharePoint.
  • Educate CSMs on business efficiency tools.
  • Prepare materials for in-person meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support roles.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
