We are seeking a talented and driven RFP Writer to join our Central Operations Team and contribute to our growth by project managing and executing high-quality proposals that align with our strategic goals.

In Short

• Analyze RFPs to identify key requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content.
• Manage the RFP lifecycle from receipt to submission.
• Maintain a centralized database of proposal content.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines.
• Continuously assess and refine the RFP process.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in RFP writing.
• Experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and RFP management software.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
