Overview

The Customer Success Manager II is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer programs to ensure successful execution of program and service deliverables, while also providing incremental revenue and increasing profitability for Revive contracts.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of customer programs
  • Ensure successful execution of program deliverables
  • Provide consultation and troubleshooting for clients
  • Develop relationships with key contacts
  • Identify unique health risks for clients
  • Recommend and implement new workplace services
  • Conduct orientations and evaluations of program results
  • Manage renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Provide ongoing support to client companies
  • Occasional travel to customer locations for training and relationship building

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service
  • 5-7 years of experience in account/program management
  • Required certifications
  • EAP industry expertise
