Requirements

  • 4+ years in technical Customer Success or similar post-sale roles.
  • Background supporting technical buyers.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to interpret product usage data.
  • Executive communication experience.
  • Structured, process-driven mindset.
