Overview

The Customer Success Manager II is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer programs to ensure successful execution of program and service deliverables while building strong client relationships.

In Short

  • Manage assigned book of business and customer renewals.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and renewals.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customers.
  • Oversee implementation processes according to contracts.
  • Conduct orientations and evaluate program results.
  • Build relationships with points of contact.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify accounts at risk and strategize solutions.
  • Participate in organizational events to enhance relationships.
  • Deliver proposals and presentations to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • EAP industry expertise and account management experience.
  • 5-7 years' experience in account/program management.
  • Required certifications.
