The EAP Management Consultant plays a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and leadership skills through comprehensive consultation and partnership with client management.

In Short

• Provide consultative services for client companies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• License in Social Work preferred.
• 3-7 years’ experience in EAP or case management.
• 1-3 years’ experience in workplace consulting preferred.
• Experience with performance evaluations and threat assessment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
