Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure successful execution of program and service deliverables, expanding revenue incrementally and increasing profitability for Revive contracts.

In Short

  • Manages assigned book of business
  • Negotiates renewals and provides renewal quotes
  • Expands revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell
  • Acts as subject matter expert for customers
  • Oversees implementation processes
  • Conducts orientations and evaluates program results
  • Documents activities in CRM
  • Identifies accounts at risk
  • Delivers proposals and sales presentations
  • Travels to customer locations as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer service
  • 1-3 years' experience in account/program management
