Carrot Fertility is looking for a Customer Success Manager I to delight our Small Market Business partnership customers and support administrative and analytical excellence across the Customer Success team.

• Ensure operational aspects for Small Business partnership customers are managed.
• Support customer launches and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer needs, questions, and requests.
• Manage daily employer eligibility files.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the Customer Success team.
• Execute responsibilities via email and ticketing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 0-1 year of experience in customer success or support.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and customer support.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain focus.
• Collaborative approach to responsibilities.
