Requirements

• Proven experience delivering organizational change, transformation, or leadership development initiatives.
• Track record of managing consulting engagements with budgets of S$1M+.
• Experience coaching senior executives and facilitating high-level workshops.
• Strong consulting acumen, with prior experience in client and project management.
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working across diverse industries and cultures.
• Flexibility to travel, both regionally and globally.
