Overview

The Customer Success team at Planet is seeking a new Customer Success Manager to maintain relationships with customers in our strongly growing EMEA Defence and Intelligence segment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, creative thinker, and a great communicator focused on client retention.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Assist customers to expand their usage and adoption of our products
  • Onboarding and training of new clients
  • Co-own contract renewal with sales
  • Provide excellent customer experience and timely solutions
  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract life-cycle
  • Work closely with Sales Representatives and other teams
  • Bring in domain knowledge and be the trusted advisor

Requirements

  • Experience managing customer relationships in defence
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with international customers
  • Experience with defence and intelligence customers across EMEA
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive work style
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize job requirements
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Experience operating within a classified environment
