Overview

As a Customer Success Manager III at Wrapbook, you will play a strategic leadership role in enhancing customer engagement and operational excellence within the Success and Client Operations Organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in commercial union payroll or related field.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role preferred.
  • Proven organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Understanding of commercial union rules is a plus.
