Overview

The Customer Success Manager III will play a key role in driving Customer Success, optimization, and helping to identify new business opportunities for customers by qualifying and nurturing customers in our rapidly growing business.

In Short

  • Own customer relationships, increasing adoption and ensuring retention.
  • Manage the ongoing customer life cycle with timely deployment of use cases.
  • Handle escalation and stakeholder management both internally and externally.
  • Develop innovative ways to share data and insights with customers.
  • Provide best practices to drive user behavior and product adoption.
  • Understand customer success concepts and Software as a Service.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success Management with SaaS products.
  • Proactive self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success management tools.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
