Senior UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

As a Senior UX Researcher at 6sense, you will play a key role in helping to establish our UX Research function from the ground up. Our organization is already excited about the possibilities associated with maturing our user research.

In Short

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to deliver actionable insights to product teams.
• Create research reports that are clear, concise, compelling, and actionable.
• Collaborate with product leadership to understand the most pressing business priorities and questions.
• Guide Product Managers and Designers in conducting their own user research.
• Advocate for the importance and value of user research throughout the product organization.
• Help document user research methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a User Researcher with a focus on B2B software.
• A strong portfolio that shows how you led high-impact user research initiatives.
• Proven experience mentoring Product Managers and Designers in conducting user research.
• Deep understanding of usability principles, statistical analysis, and user research methodologies.
• Proficient in using industry-standard UX research tools.
