Overview

The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving Customer Success, optimisation, and upselling of new business opportunities for customers by qualifying and nurturing customers in our rapidly growing business.

In Short

  • Own overall relationships with assigned customers, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and delivering satisfaction.
  • Manage customer life cycle and account management from Sales Handover to Consistent Engagement.
  • Handle Escalation Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • Develop innovative ways to share relevant data and insights with customers.
  • Provide best practices to drive user behaviour and product adoption.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and review calls with customers.
  • Discern opportunities for revenue growth and act upon possible problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management with a SaaS product.
  • Proactive, self-starter with attention to detail and excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer’s business needs and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and articulation skills.
  • Experience in analysing data and identifying product or growth opportunities.
  • Experience using customer success and CRM analytics tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong work ethic and a team player.
  • Product savvy with strong technical knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
