Overview

The Manager of Customer Success for the Commercial segment at 1Password will lead a team dedicated to helping customers maximize their investment in security and privacy, focusing on organizations with 1,000 to 3,000 employees.

Requirements

• Strong prioritization and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and other Customer Success tools.
• Ability to implement process optimizations for team efficiency.
• Familiarity with 1Password or similar tools is a plus.
