Overview

The Customer Success Manager (Commercial) at Nooks is responsible for ensuring customers maximize their value from the platform through onboarding, support, and proactive engagement.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of ~75 commercial accounts.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze customer usage metrics for upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and develop proactive plans.
  • Assist with Technical Support as needed.
  • Develop a scaled approach for customer success and retention.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within Nooks.
  • Work with GTM stakeholders and sales domain expertise.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify customer challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of 70+ accounts.
  • Familiarity with Sales tech stack tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in customer onboarding and support.
  • 1+ years of SDR experience.
  • Comfortable with data analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in ownership and teamwork.
