  • Manage a portfolio of 150 SMB accounts.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure seamless integration.

  • Assist with Technical Support as needed.
  • Develop a scaled approach for customer success and retention.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the company.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR experience.
  • 1+ years of customer onboarding and support experience with B2B SaaS tools.
  • Sales domain expertise is critical.
  • 1+ years of B2B SaaS CSM experience managing 100+ accounts.
  • Experience with SEP tools like Outreach or HubSpot.
  • Comfortable with data analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with experience in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated success in ownership and teamwork.
