Requirements

  • 2 - 4+ years in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Passion for taking initiative and going above and beyond.
  • Experience with technical products is a plus.
