The Manager, Software Engineering - Mobile Platform at Samsara will lead two high-impact mobile pods focusing on cross-platform strategy and customer-facing feature development.

Requirements

• 8+ years in mobile engineering (Android/iOS).
• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Experience with cross-platform mobile development.
• Strong technical judgment and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with modern mobile CI/CD systems.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing priorities.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform or React Native is a plus.
• Experience in IoT or real-time systems is desirable.
