• Lead and manage a team of talented platform and DevOps engineers.
• Define the delivery roadmap for our platform.
• Partner with engineering leaders and product managers to translate vision into technical requirements.
• Develop and mentor engineers, helping them reach their full potential.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Continuously improve team processes and tools.
• Manage costs and vendor relationships for the engineering department.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing engineering teams focused on platform and/or DevOps.
• Servant leader who prioritizes team growth and development.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills for engineers of all levels.
• Delivery management skills to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Platform & infrastructure engineering mindset.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Track record in building scalable, high-availability platforms.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
