In Short

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually engaging assets mainly for digital and sometimes for print media.
• Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and get feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct image sourcing, editing, and retouching as needed.
• Maintain the company's visual identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for building and polishing client-ready decks.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
• Strong proficiency in Canva for rapid design execution.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar design tools.
• Willingness to experiment with AI design tools.
• Strong knowledge of design fundamentals: typography, colour combinations, layout, and composition.
• Experience with digital and print design and an understanding of production processes.
• Ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Video editing, animation, or motion graphic skills are an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
