Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing a high output engineering team.
• 5+ years experience building and scaling distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or Solr.
• Experience with designing scalable search infrastructure.
• Skills in optimizing search performance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building high-performing teams.
