• Build and scale Figma’s creator and affiliate marketing program from scratch.
• Curate and manage a portfolio of creators and affiliates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creator, partnerships, or growth marketing.
• A proven track record of building and managing creator or partner programs.
• Creative and cultural fluency.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
