Affiliate Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Affiliate Manager, you will work on the Paid Media team and manage a portfolio of client accounts as their primary point of contact. You will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our clients' affiliate marketing programs.

• Manage a portfolio of assigned client accounts as the main point of contact.
• Liaise with Account Directors to coordinate weekly or bi-weekly calls with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships while socializing affiliate strategies.
• Develop and execute tailored strategies for each client to drive growth.
• Support the Marketing Partnerships team in executing affiliate strategies.
• Co-lead the execution of affiliate channel integration.
• Assess the competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations.
• Plan and execute day-to-day affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Interface with affiliate networks to manage program operations.
• Run regular and ad hoc reports to identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of affiliate marketing experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Strong analytical skills using tools like Excel and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact and CJ.
• Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to maintain positive affiliate and client relationships.
• Strong client/customer-facing experience.
• Proficient or familiar with influencer and SEO marketing.
