Growth Marketing Manager, Affiliate & Paid Media - Remote

Overview

Talkiatry is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the expansion and optimization of our paid acquisition channels with a strong focus on Affiliate Marketing and Paid creative testing.

In Short

• Own and grow Talkiatry’s affiliate program.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to attract high-quality partners.
• Manage and optimize existing partnerships.
• Report on performance and optimize accordingly.
• Lead Paid landing page strategy and testing.
• Develop new landing page concepts in collaboration with paid channel leads.
• Manage the testing roadmap to improve conversion rates.
• Support the expansion and performance of Paid Social channels.
• Refine direct-response creative strategy and analyze performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2C growth/performance marketing.
• 2+ years in affiliate marketing and/or paid social preferred.
• Proven experience with A/B testing in paid media.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to manage a creative testing roadmap.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bonus: Experience using VWO and/or Webflow.
• Experience marketing in healthtech is a plus.
