Overview

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Renaissance, you will be responsible for managing District and School level accounts, ensuring customers experience exceptional value from our platform, and driving successful student learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of the K12 education landscape.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting goals and delivering outcomes.
  • Bonus: Experience in a SaaS education company.
