Overview

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will play a pivotal role in scaling our organization by attracting top talent across Go-to-Market, Sales, Technical, and Business Operations functions.

• Execute the full-cycle recruitment process.
• Deliver a positive and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Represent Renaissance as a brand ambassador.
• Build and maintain talent market maps.
• Identify high-quality candidates using various sourcing techniques.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to improve talent processes.
• Strengthen business acumen by partnering with HR and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies.
• Proven success recruiting for Go-to-Market, Sales, and Business Operations roles.
• Experience designing structured interview tools.
