  • Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce and MS Dynamics.
  • Understanding of K-12 education policies and practices.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ed-tech tools and trends.
  • Ability to develop long-term account plans.
  • Experience in consultative selling.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to maintain customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation for assigned territory.
