Overview

The Global Director of Total Rewards is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of all aspects of the Compensation, Benefits, and Equity Plans including overall management, design, administration, communication, compliance, activities and vendor management.

In Short

  • Develop and lead the global total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, culture, and talent strategy.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and equitable reward structures.
  • Oversee base pay, incentive plans, executive compensation, and equity programs.
  • Manage health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefit programs.
  • Design and implement employee recognition programs that reinforce company values.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.
  • Ensure all programs comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for the board resolutions as they relate to the Compensation Committee of the Board.
  • Provide guidance and education to managers and employees on total rewards programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall HR experience with 5 to 7 years focused on Global Benefits/Compensation design and management.
  • Background in finance or financial analysis.
  • Previous experience working with the Compensation Committee of the Board.
  • Extensive knowledge of federal and state legislation influencing benefits and compensation.
  • Experience supporting or leading HR initiatives during acquisitions or divestitures preferred.
