• Own Colibri’s Total Rewards strategy end-to-end—compensation, benefits, payroll, and recognition.
• Build scalable and agile rewards models that evolve with business priorities.
• Advise the Chief People Officer, CEO, and Board on pay equity and executive compensation.
• Champion employee well-being by connecting rewards, wellness, and recognition.
• Drive operational excellence across payroll, benefits, and compensation cycles.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
• Communicate rewards programs with transparency and impact.
• Measure ROI of programs and adjust strategies with agility.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• 5–7 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in private equity or high-growth organizations.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics.
• Expertise with HCM systems (UKG/Ultimate SaaS preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-powered compensation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or Accounting required.
• Professional certifications such as CCP or CEBS preferred.
• Experience in HR Operations or HRIS implementation/management.
