Overview

The Customer Service Administrator at Colibri plays a vital support role for students and instructors, ensuring a positive environment and exceptional customer service.

In Short

  • Welcome guests and assist with student check-ins.
  • Respond to student inquiries in-person and virtually.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records using a CRM system.
  • Assist with class schedules and daily operational duties.
  • Support instructors with classroom materials and technology.
  • Engage in student support for licensing applications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and facilities.
  • Participate in offsite events and student engagement activities.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including overtime.
  • Complete special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Basic experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
