Overview

A fast-paced customer service role that requires solid communications skills and the ability to ask the right questions that uncover information necessary to assist in resolving client issues.

In Short

  • Answer incoming phone calls and document everything in the ticketing database.
  • Enter tickets from emails arriving via customer email portal.
  • File paperwork and documentation as needed.
  • Process data entry tasks as required.
  • Make outbound calls to inform clients of scheduling and changes.
  • Assist management with special projects as necessary.
  • Work in a structured environment with a well-organized daily routine.
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, phone-intensive environment.
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7am-4pm EST.
  • Independent contractor position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively by phone.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient with Windows Operating system.
  • Strong typing skills required.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Attention to detail.
