  • Provide customer service as the first point of contact.

  • Perform administrative duties related to NZ Companies Office.
  • Utilize Xero for invoicing and client follow-ups.
  • Review and edit web content.
  • Support various business success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience managing detailed projects or events.
  • Familiarity with G Suite and Microsoft tools.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Background in accounting preferred.
  • Excellent written English skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision.
