Overview

This position handles customer inbound and outbound calls, primarily with client’s post-sale, but also general company questions for internal and external customers. This individual will also schedule customer service calls and other customer service activities as needed.

In Short

  • Provides excellent customer service during all inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Schedules service customers with local technicians as needed.
  • Reviews completed service tickets for quality assurance.
  • Acts as a liaison and corporate contact for installation and service teams.
  • Maintains effective relationships with peers and customers.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, adaptability, and patience.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet for VoIP calls.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Communicates effectively with internal and external parties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
  • At least 1 year of office or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic help.
  • Self-driven and responsible for business goals.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
