Overview

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be supporting our client’s customers as a first point of contact and resolving their technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a criminal background check.
  • Six months of customer service experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to type at least 30 wpm.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS is preferred.
  • Workspace must be private during work hours.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Live in one of the specified states in the USA.
