Senior Marketing & Campaign Manager - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a hands-on, copy-led marketing leader to elevate the quality, sophistication, and performance of our content and campaigns — across digital, live events, and everything in between.

In Short

• Lead the strategy and quality of marketing campaigns: email, LinkedIn, webinars, landing pages, direct mail, and more
• Plan and support smart, creative in-person and virtual events
• Coach the team to develop better copy, faster — and implement AI tools to scale excellence
• Integrate tightly with sales: plan campaigns, measure results, and co-own the sales pipeline
• Review and refine campaign performance reports
• Build and maintain prompt libraries and repeatable frameworks for rapid campaign execution

Requirements

• Fluent in B2B marketing
• Experience with professional audiences, like accountants
• Ability to lead a team while being involved in execution
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
• Experience in campaign performance analysis
