The Senior Financial Due Diligence Associate will deliver high-quality financial due diligence engagements for clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, or investments, ensuring accuracy and insight in all deliverables.

In Short

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial databooks.
• Review financial statements and identify anomalies.
• Maintain Q&A logs based on financial analysis.

Requirements

• Philippine citizenship and currently residing in the Philippines.
• Experience in financial due diligence or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with onshore teams.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Organizational skills to manage project documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
