The Backroom Offshoring Inc. is seeking a Tax and Financial Reporting Specialist to prepare complex financial statements and tax returns, ensuring compliance with local regulations while providing excellent client service.

• Prepare complex group accounts and non-financial reports.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax obligations.
• Experience with accounting software other than Xero.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-management and proactive learning attitude.
• Potential CPA qualification is preferred.
• Understanding of NZ tax obligations is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and train junior staff.
