Finance and Reporting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Finance and Reporting Specialist will oversee local accounting, tax and overall compliance on a standalone legal entity level. The successful candidate will drive local financial audits and tax filings, making sure that the entity is in good standing with local authorities. This role also involves close collaboration with corporate accounting in order to enable efficient month-end closing and achieve synergies.

In Short

• Prepare, file, and ensure timely submission of all tax returns.
• Prepare statutory financial statements in line with local regulations.
• Coordinate statutory audits and support auditors.
• Review and approve payment requests and manage banking relationships.
• Maintain relationships with key service providers.
• Ensure accurate local bookkeeping and compliance with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; fluency in English.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, strong communication skills.
