Overview

The Senior Finance Associate at Findigs will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy in financial operations while building scalable financial systems to support the company's growth.

In Short

• Own core accounting processes including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and internal reporting packages.
• Partner with external accountants for compliance with GAAP.
• Identify gaps and design scalable solutions in finance operations.

• Evaluate and optimize financial systems and tools.
• Develop dashboards for actionable insights.
• Document finance workflows for compliance and scalability.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge (US GAAP).
• Experience with AP/AR and cash management.
• Experience with financial systems and a track record of improvements.
• Process-oriented mindset with a passion for scalable solutions.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Team-first approach with a willingness to take on various tasks.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other ERP/accounting platforms.
• Background in Big 4 public accounting is a plus.
