Senior Associate - Finance - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and problem-solving Senior Associate - Finance to manage bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial transactions for our India Office.

In Short

• Record daily financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.
• Process payments through the banking portal.
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of accounts payable invoices.
• Create accounts receivable invoices and record receipts.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for cash, bank, and credit card balances.
• Prepare GST and TDS return data.
• Draft and review compliance reports.
• Assist in internal and external audit queries.
• Work closely with Admin and HR teams.
• Support other departments as required.

Requirements

• CA Intermediate (semi-qualified) with 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Industry experience in accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally or Zoho.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Strong understanding of India GAAP and Taxation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
