Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Proven experience designing and analyzing experiments.
• Experience working with APIs and modern AI tools.
• Demonstrated success as a people leader.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• A growth mindset and a passion for applying AI in analytics.
