In Short

• Create strategic, audience-focused narratives that bring insights to life and support decision-making across the organisation, increasing their visibility and impact.
• Work closely with the Head of Reader Revenue Insights to shape the analytics strategy, define clear delivery roadmaps, and align resources with business priorities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to position the insight function as a strategic thought partner rather than a service provider.
• Mentor and develop team members, adapting approaches to different team members.
• Guide the team in applying the right analytical approach, balancing rigor with business relevance.

• Experience managing and developing medium-sized teams.
• Deep understanding in customer analytics with a proven track record.
